Desplans, the editor of architecture drawings, has invited french designer Constance Guisset as special guest for January 2020.
Constance Guisset is a French designer. She founded her studio specialized in object design, interior architecture and scenography in 2009. She strives to create ergonomic objects and light, lively and welcoming, emanating from a desire for movement, delicacy and surprise.
Constance Guisset works with many french and foreign furniture editors such as Petite Friture, Mustache, Tectona, LaCie, Molteni & C, La Cividina, ZaoZuo, etc.
She also designs scenographies of shows (for Angelin Preljocaj and the company Wang Ramirez) and exhibitions (including for the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Musée du quai Branly in Paris, etc.). From 2012 to 2014, she has developed a new concept of lobbies for the Suite Novotel brand, a subsidiary of the Accor group, which is now deployed in Europe.
A solo exhibition is dedicated to her at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris from November 2017 to March 2018.
