For the UNESCO-listed Begijnhof in Bruges, OMMX imagined a temporary extension exploring restoration as a continuous process — creating new spaces between preservation and contemporary use.
Founded by Hikaru Nissanke and Jon Lopez, OMMX is an architecture studio exploring the relationship between people, identity and place. Their work spans architecture, research and cultural discourse, with projects recognised through international competitions and publications.
