Bonassola III

A house for a guest: a living room, a small kitchen, a bath and a bedroom. A narrow path through old stone buildings, scattered herbs and blooming flowers in pots lead to a concrete path over the rooftop of the new building – low bushes on either side – the Ligurian Sea on the horizon. Curved stairs lead to a terrace with olive and orange trees. The building consists of one space with two rooms – a summer room and a winter room. The room for the hot climate has no windows. The winter room – equal in geometry – has four windows. A hidden stair leads to the bedroom.
