Laurent P. Berger is an artist who graduated from Ecole des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) and Cyrille Berger is an architect who graduated from the Architecture School of La Villette (ENSAPLV). The collaborated since 2006 under the name of Berger&Berger. In 2008, Berger&Berger won the the price Naja (Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes et Paysagistes). Between 2008 and 2009, they had an art residency in the 104 art center in Paris. in 2009, they got selected to participated at the program Vision Europe, a research and design program dedicated to urban condition in Europe, initiated by the Berlage institute in Rotterdam. in 2010, they are part of the international team to for the Architecture Biennale in Venice, lead by Kazuyo Sejima. Their work balances between lights and visuals installation, furniture, architecture and contemporary art. They have designed the Collection Lambert in Avignon.
