Description
Tekhnetopia (2015) is a project for an artist’s residence. Drawing on notions of withdrawal and isolation, the architect proposes a self-sufficient island on which the artist can live. The different “visions” of this island are illustrated in three pieces, each of which is accompanied by a retro-futuristic letter outlining the principles of this new society.
Together with Tekhnetopia II and Tekhnetopia III, the work forms part of triptych.
