GUILLAUME RAMILLIEN
Architect, Paris
Guillaume Ramillien is the winner of the AJAP in 2016 and the winner of Europan 9. He is also a graduate from the Architecture School of Lyon in 2006. In his work, he is interested in the specific identities of the places. He questions their memory, their reality and their materiality. For him, the notion of the environment of an architectural project is to be interpreted in a broad sense. It is at once natural, constructed and cultural. He thus regards his architectural work as the art of qualifying the interfaces between a place, a public space or a landscape, and uses.
