Dal Mare is structured by the relation of two lines: on line is the simple roof of the building and thee second line is the natural topography of this site facing the Mediterranean Sea.
The relation between those two lines generates a sequence of spaces with different light conditions, which are directly related to the specific functions that each room must have in a wine production line.
All the public parts of the Winery like offices, accomodations. wine tasting etc.. are placed into those areas where the topography allows a direct and clear view over the see, while the production is located on the darkest areas.
