Drawing by Iris Lacoudre
Framtiden’s liv i Kalmar
180,00€ – 330,00€
This drawing has been realized for european architecture competition Europan. Ambition of this program is to find new shapes of urbanism in natural zones. This project has been designed for Kalmar, a marshy zone in the South of Sweden.
“Nowadays cities have turned into pure artifacts, cartesians system. There is a strong need to reconcile ‘preserving’ and ‘living’, to reinvent the relation between urban landscape and nature.
We tried to imagine a city made from and within the landscape.
Walkways, bridges that connect remarkable locations create open shapes in the landscape from which the city can develop.”
Discover Nature in Kalmar, part of the same project.
In collaboration with Guillaume Dubois & Tristan Zelic (2013).
