Description
The house was designed to deal with two different typologies of usages.
On the ground floor, programs are developed to dialogue with a luxurious park. Rooms are organised with furnitures and without partitions to allow and maximize the views.
On the other hand, the first floor focuses on zenith light, patios and blind terrasses.
Precast Concrete and exotic wood are used here to answer climatical conditions and an aesthetic accuracy.
